Important Instructions

Note: Paid registration is closed at 5pm the day before the event. You can register and pay by check or credit card at the door. There will be an additional $10 walk-in fee.

Once you have registered and paid by credit card, you have purchased a non-refundable registration.

We do not issue refunds for cancellations or not attending the event. You can send a replacement.

Note: The March 13th  event has been cancelled due to inclement weather.

Note for Dinner Registration:

• You can register members and non-members and or students in one transaction. Click on a class of ticket and you will be taken to a secure shopping cart where you can adjust the quantity of tickets to be purchased.

• If you want to buy tickets in another other class, click on “Continue Shopping” at the bottom of the shopping cart page, and repeat the process.
