Neil is the Principal of Asset Enhancement Solutions, LLC a financial advisory firm that provides both Investment Banking and Consulting Services to companies considering important transactions such as selling a company, acquiring a company and raising capital.

AES specializes in arranging debt and equity financing for companies with challenges. Unfavorable challenges such as operational, legal, tax, financial or liquidity issues or positive challenges such as opportunities for growth, acquisitions and long-term success. AES has arranged over $500 million in financing for middle market companies, public companies and small businesses in a variety of industries.

Neil Seiden currently serves as an Agent for various lenders that make PPP Loans. AES has been involved with over 800 PPP loans totaling more than $100 million to businesses and non-profits in 30 states. Neil has been interviewed by ABC Eye Witness News, Newsday, News 12 Long Island and the Long Island Business News for AES’ work regarding PPP Loans.

Neil is periodically quoted in the New York Times, Newsday and Long Island Business News and is a frequent panelist at symposiums focused on financing. Mr. Seiden is a Past President of the Long Island Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association and a Past President of the Long Island Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants and is currently on the Board of Directors of the Middle Market Alliance of Long Island.

Tom is involved in the planning and management of various audits, review and compilation engagements, as well as the related corporate, partnership and individual tax returns.

His experience encompasses services to diversified industries, including manufacturing and distribution, long-term care, real estate and SEC Registrants.

Tom is a board member of the Institute of Management Accounts (IMA), and serves on committees for the Nassau Suffolk Services for Autism (NSSA) The Martin C. Barell School, a private nonprofit agency providing services to children with autism. Tom is a member of the firm’s Manufacturing and Distribution Committee, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).
