Jordan Arma

Chief Financial Officer

1440 Foods

Jordan Arma is the Chief Financial Officer of 1440 Foods overseeing FP&A, Accounting, Data Analytics and IT and has been with the 1440 Foods brands for the past 3 ½ years.

1440 Foods is the former sports and active nutrition division of The Bountiful Company. As people increasingly look for healthy snacking options, 1440 Foods takes the notion of ‘every minute counts’ (yes, there are 1440 minutes in a day!) to a deeper level by offering great-tasting products that help people in their search for a healthier lifestyle. Their sports and active nutrition combines powerful and complementary growth brands (including popular brands Pure Protein, MET-Rx, Body Fortress and others).

Prior to joining 1440 Foods, Jordan held senior finance roles at Nestle Health Science various other CPG and Technology companies. Jordan started his career at EY and spent and over 6 years auditing multiple public and private companies. He is an active CPA in NY and lives on Long Island with his wife and 3 boys (13, 9 and 7 years old).

When not working, Jordan loves spending time with his family and spends most of his extra time on baseball and soccer fields with his kids.

Hanneke Talbot

Chief Financial Officer

TRITEC Real Estate Company

Ms. Hanneke Talbot joined TRITEC Real Estate Company in 2018 and currently serves as a Chief Financial Officer. Hanneke is responsible for the development of the company’s financial management strategy and contributes to the development of the organization’s strategic goals. She is also accountable for driving discipline and success in all areas of accounting, finance, and property management for TRITEC.

She has experience working with various real estate asset classes, including office, retail, industrial, lodging, senior housing, and property development. Before joining TRITEC she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for ASB, and worked with Capitol Seniors Housing, as the Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Talbot spent almost seven years with Deloitte and Touche LLP, as a senior manager in the Audit and Enterprise Risk Services practice, focused on providing external audits to privately-held real estate owner/operators as well as publicly-listed companies in the technology industry. Prior to Deloitte, she worked for Marriott International and Freddie Mac as an internal audit manager and owned her own business.

Ms. Talbot obtained her Bachelor of Commerce and Master of International Business degrees from the University of Auckland in New Zealand. She is a Chartered Accountant (New Zealand) and a CPA licensed in Virginia.

Robert Steinberg

Chief Financial Officer

Nathan’s Famous, Inc.

Robert Steinberg is the CFO of Nathan's Famous, Inc., a leading branded licensor, wholesaler and retailer of products marketed under the Nathan's Famous brand, including Nathan's World Famous Beef Hot Dogs (NASDAQ: NATH). The Company's products are currently marketed for sale in over 70,000 locations, including supermarkets, mass merchandisers, club stores, as well as Company-owned and franchised restaurants throughout the United States and in nineteen foreign countries. He joined Nathan's Famous, Inc. in 2014 as its Corporate Controller and has served as its CFO since June 2020.

Before joining the Company in 2014, Robert served as divisional controller at Calvin Klein, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of PVH Corp., one of the largest global apparel companies in the world. Early in his career, Robert enjoyed many years with EY, a leader in assurance, consulting, and tax services, as a member of its Consumer Products Industry Practice, where he managed a wide range of audit engagements for public and privately held corporations in the retail, and wholesale industries.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, and playing softball and pickleball.

Zach Hoffman

Senior Manager

Deloitte and Touche LLP

Zach Hoffman joined Deloitte and Touche LLP in 2015. He serves clients in the firm’s Audit and Assurance practice. Zach has managed several large, multinational, audits of public and privately-held companies primarily in the Consumer Products and Technology space. He has experience serving clients undergoing Special Purpose Acquisition Company Mergers (SPAC Mergers,) Initial Public Offerings (IPO), acquisitions, spin-offs, earnouts, and other transactions.

He serves Deloitte’s Greater Tri-State Environmental, Social, Governance Committee, helping clients understand evolving regulatory advancements in the space.

Zach serves the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), as a member of the Board, and VP of Young Professionals Activities. He has continued to serve the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) Long Island Chapter as Emerging Leaders Chair.

Zach is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of University of Delaware.
