Mark Rehl is responsible for client project management and delivering solid results for clients through a professional base state assessment, identifying future state objectives and a path forward to optimum outcome realization through professional negotiations and change management processes.
He has 24 years of operating experience in various leadership roles. Mark spent 18 years prior to joining ERA in the beverage industry with a bottler of branded and private label still beverages. Originally responsible for operations, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics, he worked his way to president and COO for the company and a seat on the board of directors. He has a keen appreciation for the challenges presented in a manufacturing environment, transportation services by mode and the varying stakeholder perspectives. He enjoys the dynamics of helping clients and suppliers alike attain the level of actualization in value creation they desire.
Mark is motivated by the value-added proposition his engagements bring to clients — a lower total cost of ownership through supply chain upgrades resulting in increased cash flow while maintaining or improving current service levels. Improved visibility and efficient transportation management systems that his engagements bring greatly benefit ERA clients. Mark believes the future of organizations’ operating efficiencies will center on the ability to turn data along a given supply chain into real time, actionable business intelligence.
Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from The State University of New York at Buffalo and later went on to earn his MBA from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University.
