John focuses on helping individuals and families manage the many facets of their often-complex financial lives. For each client relationship, he takes the time to understand all you want to accomplish and then helps to craft a flexible plan aligned with where you are now and where you want to go, including a retirement on your terms. Drawing on his in-depth experience as a Financial Planning Specialist, Portfolio Manager, and Financial Advisor, John will provide you with the advice, insights and customized solutions you need to pursue what’s important to you.

Concentrating on long-term financial planning, multi-generational wealth management and family education, John is responsible for the coordination of all facets of the team’s wealth planning process. This includes financial, investment, retirement, asset protection, executive and business owner exit strategy, insurance need analysis, budgeting and strategic life event preparation.

Formerly a United States Marine Corps Sergeant from 2005 – 2010, John was responsible for transporting and protecting President Bush and President Obama onboard “Marine One” in Washington D.C., while stationed at the Presidential Helicopter Squadron HMX-1 where “trust”, “excellence” and “accountability” were the most important and unyielding character traits.

She takes a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to compliance, helping organizations stay ahead of legislative changes while aligning their benefits strategies with business goals. Known for her ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable guidance, Yesenia is a trusted resource for employers seeking clarity and confidence in their compliance efforts. Yesenia maintains her law licenses in New York & New Jersey and stays at the forefront of regulatory developments by offering client webinars, contributing to USI Compliance Updates, and providing ongoing education to ensure her clients and service teams remain informed and compliant.

He leads a high-performing team of sales representatives, driving growth and fostering strong client relationships. Jake's expertise lies in understanding the unique challenges faced by organizations and delivering tailored solutions that optimize efficiency and drive strategic success.

Jake resides in Hauppauge, NY with his wife Taylor, son Greyson and daughter Gianna. Jake grew up in Minnesota and is a sports enthusiast, especially hockey and golf. When Jake is away from work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends on or by the water, at the golf course, or hockey rink.

Mia uses her passion and knowledge of the industry to bring impactful solutions to her diverse portfolio of clients.

Prior to USI, Mia worked for a health insurance carrier on their Large Group Commercial Team. Here she acquired a deep insight into how insurance carriers operate, which serves as a tremendous asset in negotiations. Mia sees her clients and herself as a team. It is abundantly clear to all who know her, Mia never quits until she delivers the results that she knows her team deserves.

Complementary to her career at USI, Mia was awarded the Town of Huntington’s 30 Under 30 award. She also volunteers as the President and Founder of Flagship Business Advisory Council and the Educational Chair for IMA (Institute of Management Accountants.)

In her free time, Mia enjoys sailing, surfing, and flying single engine aircraft around Long Island. She also successfully restored and launched a sailboat that is nearly 50 years old. The most valuable skill learned from these hobbies is passion can fuel perseverance. She deploys this methodology every day to continue to drive results for her clients.
