Marc Einerman is a Relationship Manager and Vice President with City National Bank’s Commercial Banking Division. Based out of the Park Avenue office, Mr. Einerman drives business development and financial solutions for the companies within the Middle Market.

Prior to joining City National Bank, Marc Einerman was a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager for Israel Discount Bank, where he helped lead marketing and client acquisition efforts for the Bank’s newest office and region: Long Island & Queens.  Before Israel Discount Bank, he spent 10 years with Capital One Bank, most of which was focused on underwriting and sales in the Middle Market Banking Group.  He began his career with North Fork Bank in the Management Training Program. 

Mr. Einerman has a B.S. in Business Finance from the University of Buffalo and an MBA in Finance and Economics from Fordham University, where he continues to teach as an adjunct to the Gabelli School since 2014.

Alan Giaimis is a Group Director in the Hauppauge office of Signature Bank, where he devotes 90 percent of his time to developing and servicing the lending, depository and cash management requirements of middle market clients.  He has 30 years of experience in innovative financings including complex term loan agreements, revolving lines of credit, commercial real estate mortgages, equipment debt, ESOPs, letters of credit among others.  Clients include both public and private entities within a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, service, real estate and contracting.Alan Giaimis is a Group Director in the Hauppauge office of Signature Bank, where he devotes 90 percent of his time to developing and servicing the lending, depository and cash management requirements of middle market clients.  He has 30 years of experience in innovative financings including complex term loan agreements, revolving lines of credit, commercial real estate mortgages, equipment debt, ESOPs, letters of credit among others.  Clients include both public and private entities within a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, service, real estate and contracting.

Recent team activities include:

  • • $20 million participation in term loan/mortgage financing of a transportation client.
  • • $14 million commercial real estate mortgage to a Long Island based manufacturer.
  • • $13 million working capital line of credit/renovation term facilities for a NYC-based advisory firm. 
  • • $32.5 million refinancing of a revolving credit agreement for a L.I.-based service company.
  • • $15 million commercial mortgage/line of credit to a for-profit institutional facility in NYC. 
  • • $5 million line of credit to a NYC based contractor with extensive cash management services. 

Alan has participated in numerous educational seminars, and takes a proactive approach to advising clients on strategies and structures.

He is a Community Advisory Council member for St. Catherine’s Hospital and Guide Dog Foundation volunteer, and supports various charitable organizations including Autism Speaks, Part of the Solution, New York Islanders Children’s Foundation, St. Catherine’s Hospital, St. John’s Episcopal Hospital, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center among others.

Alan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Adelphi University, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Stuart Berman
Senior Vice President / Relationship Manager

Stuart Berman is a Senior Vice President / Relationship Manager as part of the Metro New York team of Citibank’s US Commercial Bank. He is responsible for working with mid-corporate domestic and multi-national companies.

Stuart joined Citibank as part of the EAB acquisition by Citibank during 2001. He started with EAB as a management trainee in 1987. Over the course of his career he has served at various times in both Credit and Relationship Management roles and has also served as a Citi Credit College Mentor.

Stuart graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics. He currently holds Series 79 and 63 licenses. He is a founding board member of the Middle Market Alliance of Long Island and is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants. Stuart is also an Advisory Board Member of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Suffolk County and sits on the Foundation’s Finance Committee. He resides in Lake Grove with his wife and two children.
