Donna Blanc,
CFO, Hub Truck Rental Corp.

Donna began her career in Public Accounting where she worked as a Staff Accountant with Robbins, Green, Horowitz and Co. In 1987, Donna started her career with Hub Truck Rental Corp. where she has growing tremendously in the 27 years she has been there. After many dedicated years Donna earned the position of Hub's Chief Financial Officer in 2001. Donna then continued to excel and became an integral Shareholder in Hub Truck Rental, Inc. in 2006.



For the past 60 years Hub Truck Rental Corp has been a Full Service Truck Leasing and Maintenance Company. Their corporate office is located in Farmingdale, NY. Hub is one of the Largest privately held Truck Leasing Companies in the Long Island and New York City Region consisting of 9 locations as well as a location in Newark, NJ.



Donna was very instrumental in executing and leading the team in implementing an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) in October 2010 for 40% of the Company and completed the final stages to become 100% Employee Owned Company in June 2019. A key accomplishment was being selected as one of Long Island Business News CFO's of the Year- Transformation Agent in 2013. Hub suffered a loss of 140 Lease Trucks during Super Storm Sandy. Donna's ability to juggle immediate financing needs, fulfilling customer's replacement truck needs within a very short time was essential which resulted in pleasing many happy customers!



Donna is a Graduate of the State University at Oneonta. She a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), Board Member, Institute of Management Accountants, Long Island Chapter, A member of the Chief Financial Officers Committee of the Nationalease Organization (Truck Leasing Organization).

Jeffrey M. Yonkers, CPA, CFO,
L.N.K. International, Inc

Jeffrey M. Yonkers, CPA is the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") at L.N.K. International, Inc., a private, family owned over-the-counter pharmaceutical manufacturer located in Hauppauge, New York. Jeffrey was the former CFO for Best Market which he had a very instrumental role leading the sale to the fifth largest retailer in the world. Jeffrey has over 25 years of experience in both public and private accounting across a wide variety of industries. During that time, he has collected extensive experience in working with closely-held, private-equity and publicly-held businesses with matters involving reporting issues, financial disclosures, and financial statement preparation.

In 2020, Jeffrey was honored by the Long Island Business News and was the recipient of one of the Business & Finance Awards.

Jeffrey was selected in 2017 as The Milton Zipper Financial Executive of the Year by The Institute of Management Accountants - Long Island Chapter. Beyond his work, Jeffrey has been an effective trainer, frequently holding training seminars on auditing and reporting topics as well as being a panelist on webcasts for CFO.com. A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), where he was the Co-Chair of the Nassau County Chapter Audit Committee for four years. Jeffrey received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York College at Oswego.

Frank Nardolillo, 
CFO at Kravet Inc.

Frank Nardolillo is a financial executive with extensive accounting, financial and operational experience working for private and public companies with annual revenues up to $2.5 billion. Mr. Nardolillo currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Kravet Inc. and has contributed as Senior Finance Director, Chief Compliance Officer, and several other finance positions of increasing responsibility during his 20+-year career. Mr. Nardolillo worked for companies that include MSC Industrial Direct Company, KPMG, and Margolin Winer & Evens.

Mr. Nardolillo is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Hofstra University with a Master's degree in finance and international business. He is a member of the AICPA and a past treasurer and board member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. Frank Nardolillo was a member of the Board of Directors of the American Heart Association-Long Island Division where he served from 2011-2017; he currently serves on various committees.

Bob Arnold is a trusted advisor and altruistic servant leader, who

seeks to control and/or reduce expenses, and increase value on behalf of his clients. He is the President of Arnold Standard Cos., a Management Consulting Firm established more than 50 years ago, specializing in enhancing the bottom line. He is also a licensed insurance broker and serves as President of Arnold Standard Risk Services, Inc., as well as President of ASI Recruiters, Inc.

Bob dedicates more than 60 hours a year to continuing education in subjects including accounting and finance, insurance and risk management, labor and employment law, HR management and cyber security.

Bob serves the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), as a member of the Board, and Past President of the Long Island Chapter. He is a Past President of the IMA Metropolitan New York Regional Council. He also serves on the NYS Society of CPAs CFO and Member in Industry Committees (Nassau & Suffolk), as well as the Healthcare Financial Management Association, Metropolitan NY Chapter.

A passionate supporter of our military, Bob serves on the Board of the Bob Feller Act of Valor Award Foundation, which recognizes and honors the very best that America has to offer. Bob also serves on the Corporate Committee of the Navy League, Long Island Council. Bob has served his hometown community of Massapequa, NY as Blood Drive Chair of the PTA and Assistant Girls Soccer Coach. He serves on the Board of the Towers of Freedom Military Monument, a memorial dedicated to those lost in the events of 9/11, as well as our fallen members of the military in the war on terror.

Bob received his Bachelor of Science, with majors in both Finance and Marketing, from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at NYU.
