With a proven track record of driving profitability and operational efficiency, Rich brings deep expertise in financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and complex modeling to support data-driven decision-making at the executive level.
Currently serving as Director of Finance at Uncle Giuseppe’s Marketplace, a premier full-service, Italian focused specialty marketplace, Rich oversees all financial aspects of the organization, partnering closely with senior leadership to guide strategic planning, budgeting, and cost control initiatives. He has successfully streamlined financial processes, reducing the monthly close cycle by over 33%, improving EBITDA and cash flow, and negotiating vendor contracts that generated nearly $1 million in savings. Known for his ability to align financial strategy with business objectives, he plays a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and long-term growth.

Over his tenure, he has consistently improved financial reporting accuracy, accelerated close cycles, and delivered actionable insights to executive teams and boards of directors.
Rich began his career at Apple & Eve, advancing through multiple roles of increasing responsibility over more than a decade. His early contributions included managing multimillion-dollar budgets, improving accounts receivable performance, and developing tools to enhance financial visibility and control.
Rich earned his BBS in Accounting at NYIT in Westbury, New York. Rich enjoys spending time with his two children. When not working, Rich’s passions include great food (which goes hand in hand with Uncle Giuseppe’s) and sports (an avid New York Giants, New Jersey Devils and horseracing fan).
