Aoifa O'Donnell, LCSW is CEO & President of National EAP, Inc. overseeing the delivery of nationwide Employee Assistance, Crisis Management and Leadership Development Programs. As a business clinician, Aoifa is passionate about delivering top tier solutions that markedly improve the workplace of regional and national corporate clients and speaks frequently about employee psychological and behavioral health issues and its impact on the workplace.
She is a trained responder to workplace crisis's and coaches Human Resource departments on preventative and post incident strategies to manage behavior problems such as substance abuse, harassment, violence, bullying and suicide prevention.
Aoifa has been featured in publications such as TIME, Long Island Business News, Pulse, Newsday and HR Benefit News. Among other accolades, Aoifa has been honored with Long Island Business News' Executive Circle Award, Top 40 under 40, the Human Services/EAP Award from the Caron Foundation and a finalist for the Athena Leadership Award, hosted by KPMG, Inc. Aoifa is a Co-Chair of the HR Committee for the Hauppauge Industrial Association, the 2nd largest Industrial Park in the United States.

Devin Kulka is the CEO of The Kulka Group. Since taking over the family business at a young age of 26, Devin has set a tone of integrity and growth for the next 50 Years. Once known as Kulka Construction, Devin has rebranded the company and 
created a vision to transform 4 decades of construction experience into a full service’s real estate consortium. 
Along with sitting as a Board Trustee for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society and the Long Island Builders Institute, Devin is an active member of The Young Presidents Organization Next Generation, the Hauppauge Industrial Association, Long Island Business Development Council, International Council of Shopping Centers, Girls Inc. and a founder of the Nexus Pro Group.
Due to facilitating the construction of the second largest private solar field on the east coast and the largest open loop geo-thermal system for a pharmaceutical facility, Devin was the Keynote Speaker at the 2016 PSEG Long Island Energy Efficiency Conference. He is a recipient of Long Island Business News’ 30 Under 30 award, Young Jewish President’s 40 Under 40 award LIBN’s Rising Construction Star Award and Richner’s Rising Star Developer Award.
A graduate of New York Institute of Technology with honors, Devin earned a degree in Business Management. Growing up in a household with Jack Kulka allowed him to learn from an early age the passion, dedication, and mental fortitude required to keep a company on the cutting edge and moving ever forward. As CEO, Devin understands that the building process is constantly evolving, and he prides himself on continuing to usher The Kulka Group into the future while still maintaining and embracing the excellence of the past.

James L. Smith, CPA is an Accounting professional with over 30 years of experience in the areas of Accounting, Public Accounting, Internal Audit, Budgeting and Financial Reporting.
 
His industry specializations include Sales Companies, Manufacturing and Insurance.
 
In his Career, Jim has worked mostly for Global / Multinational Companies such as Canon Inc., Best Foods, Deloitte, Legal and General, and General Reinsurance (Subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway) serving in many roles including Director of Accounting and most recently Director of Shared Service Accounting for Canon Americas.
 
Jim has extensive experience in Shared Services (multinational), Book Closing, Financial Reporting, Cost Accounting and Budgeting.
  
Jim is the Sr Director of Shared Services Accounting for Canon USA, Inc. where he has worked since 2006.
 
An active IMA member for over 10 years, he has served the Long Island Chapter in several positions: Board Member (since 2011), VP of Student Activities and currently as VP of Membership and Immediate Past President.
Jim graduated from Fairfield University (CT), attended Adelphi University for graduate studies (LI NY) and has been a licensed CPA for over 25 years.
