Over the course of his career he have assisted businesses and local governments in securing capital funding that generated over 10,000 new jobs and $3 billion of inward investments. Moreover, he has worked with Fortune 500 companies and start-ups in building partnerships to increase revenue and expand brand identity. He well versed in SBA programs and has assisted countless businesses during the pandemic.
His experience in managing a large suburban municipality of over 2,000 employees with a $250 million budget has honed his financial stewardship and birthed an ability to successfully manage individuals to keep the ship sailing.
He is a graduate of Stony Brook University with a B.A. in Political Science and an M.A., in Public Policy. He is also a graduate of the University of Oklahoma’s Economic Development Institute.

David M. Beckman is a partner in Anchin’s Litigation, Forensic and Valuation Services Group with more than 30 years of experience.
He is also a member of Anchin’s COVID-19 response team and a subject matter expert in the Small Business Administration (SBA)’s Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), having co-authored over 20 articles, presented five webinars on the subject, and advised on over 100 PPP loan forgiveness analyses for clients. Mr. Beckman has worked with clients across a range of industries including real estate, hospitality, construction, telecommunications, retail, transportation, manufacturing, financing companies including securitizations, financial services, professional services, and the food and beverage industry. A forensic accounting professional with strong technical and investigative skills, he has broad experience in identifying and analyzing fraudulent financial reporting, analyzing contract and shareholder disputes, performing fraud and forensic investigations, advising and consulting on the application of accounting and auditing standards, investigating accountants’ malpractice, and analyzing and quantifying economic damages in commercial and employment disputes. His work encompasses criminal and civil matters, arbitrations, and matters for the SEC and other government agencies. He has been qualified as an expert in New York State Supreme Court.

AES served as an Agent for various lenders that made PPP Loans. AES processed 1,500 PPP loans totaling $150 million to businesses and non-profits in 35 states. Neil has been interviewed by ABC Eye Witness News, Newsday, News 12 Long Island and the Long Island Business News for AES’ work regarding PPP Loans.
 
Neil is periodically quoted in the New York Times, Newsday and Long Island Business News and is a frequent panelist at symposiums focused on financing. Mr. Seiden is a Past President of the Long Island Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association and a Past President of the Long Island Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants and is currently on the Board of Directors of the Middle Market Alliance of Long Island.
