Tom brings over two decades of experience in financial leadership and currently serves as CFO of Clever Devices, a global provider of intelligent transportation systems. He is responsible for financial strategy, accounting, tax, and treasury. Previously, Tom held leadership roles at Verint Systems, Briscoe Protective, and FlexTrade Systems. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from

Bentley University.

CFO - Artic Glacier Premium Ice

Stephanie is an accomplished finance executive with nearly 20 years of experience spanning accounting, corporate finance, and M&A. As CFO of Arctic Glacier Premium Ice, she oversees strategy, capital planning, and operations across North America. A CPA licensed in NYS, Stephanie is known for leading high-impact transformations and building high-performing finance teams.

Joe Goren

CFO, The Pink Stuff

Joe is a seasoned finance executive with over 25 years of experience leading accounting, M&A, and financial strategy across a range of industries. He began his career at Ernst & Young and has since held CFO and senior finance roles at companies including Sleepy’s, AFA Protective Systems, and The Pink Stuff USA—guiding each through successful private equity transactions. Joe brings deep expertise in scaling businesses, financial operations, and deal execution. He holds an accounting degree from Binghamton University and is passionate about travel, food, and golf.

Zach Hoffman

Audit & Assurance, Deloitte & Touche LLP

Zach has been with Deloitte since 2015, serving clients in the audit and assurance practice, including IPOs, SPACs, and mergers. He brings deep knowledge of both public and private company financial landscapes. Zach is a CPA, a board member of IMA Long Island, and VP of Young Professional Activities. He also serves on the Executive Walk Committee of the LLS Long Island Chapter.
