Richard “Rick” Peck is an independent philanthropy advisor with Richard C. Peck Consulting, LLC working with nonprofits, donors, potential donors, and professional advisors. He is also the founder of The Philanthropy Guy, an emerging, leading-edge charitable giving resource hub featuring an upcoming podcast series, interactive website, learning opportunities, and book. Rick is an honoree of New Hampshire Business Review's list of 200 leaders for 2024, which features the state’s most influential business leaders across major industries.
 
For six years, Rick led the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation’s philanthropy and donor services team as VP for Development and Philanthropy Services, overseeing all aspects of development, donor engagement and donor services.
 
Before joining this statewide community foundation, Rick served Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health and the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College as director of individual giving and gift planning, where he worked with grateful patients and families as well as medical school alumni to achieve their philanthropic goals. He also served Dartmouth College as an associate director of gift planning, working with alumni of the undergraduate college.
 
Rick is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® and a Chartered Financial Consultant®. He holds an MBA from Baker College in Michigan and a BA from the University of Massachusetts.
 
Rick is the 2023-2024 president of the board of directors of the International Association of Advisors in Philanthropy (AiP). He is also a member of the American College of Financial Services’ inaugural FinServe network of philanthropic thought leaders and appeared in April 2023 on a small televised panel with the College’s president George Nichols, who interviewed him. Rick is a present or former member of the following organizations: Association of Fundraising Professionals Northern New England (AFP-NNE), the Boston Estate Planning Council (BEPC), the Financial Planning Association (FPA), the NH & VT Council of Charitable Gift Planners, the NH Estate Planning Council, the community foundation-focused AdNet (Advancement Network), the Amelia Group (VPs of Development of large community foundations across the U.S.)—where he served as the Amelia Group’s organizer and moderator for almost two years—and finally, the business networking group USA 500, where he hosts the only Nonprofit RoundTable. 
 
Rick is a requested speaker on the topic of philanthropy on platforms such as Leimberg Information Services (LISI), myCPE, and CPA Academy. And, he has served as a presenter for conferences organized by AFP-NNE and Volunteer NH, as well as more intimate settings for UMass Lowell, Ameriprise, Ledyard Financial Advisors, and the Fairfield County Community Foundation. 

Rick and his wife Claudette enjoy traveling and live in two places throughout the year: Wells, ME and Belmont, NC.

David M. Rottkamp, CPA, is a Partner and Nonprofit Practice Leader at Grassi. He has over 35 years of experience providing audit and advisory services to the nonprofit and health care industries. David focuses on organizations serving individuals with special needs, community based and social service organizations, religious organizations, educational institutions, membership associations, healthcare providers, foundations, and the arts and culture world. David’s technical knowledge allows him to provide specific services, including Single Audits/Uniform Guidance compliance audits and retirement plan audits.
 
Since beginning his career, David has advised some of the area’s most successful not-for-profit and health care organizations in areas such as: financial reporting systems, implementation of new FASB accounting standard updates, IRS Form 990 guidelines, sustainability and succession planning, internal control reviews, developing financial forecasts, and providing quality board education and governance advice. Through his focus on education and board awareness, he has improved the internal structure for many of his clients, demonstrating his industry leadership.
 
David is an active member of the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA), where he is a previous Chair of the Not-for-Profit Committee and several of its subcommittees, including government funding sources and cost reporting updates. David also chaired the statewide Not-for-Profit Conference for the NYSSCPA for four years. David is the chair of a NYSSCPA subcommittee, working with the New York State Consolidated Fiscal Reporting Interagency Committee, collaborating with NYS officials on possible revisions to Appendix AA, “Audit Guidelines” of the CFR instructional manual and the instruction manual itself.
 
An authority in the industry, David has presented on a variety of topics relating to organizations funded by Federal and New York State governments, including government grants andcontracts, Medicaid, Medicare and other third-party insurance, and others funded with private funding and contributions. David has conducted educational seminars for clients, accounting industry groups, and Not-for-Profit member organizations.
 
He has presented to the Financial Managers Association (FMA) for over 25 years, Interagency Council of Developmental Disabilities Agencies, Inc. (IAC), the New York State Society of CPAs Foundation for Accounting Education (FAE), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant (AICPA) and the New York Council of Nonprofits (NYCON) at their annual Camp Finance. David is also an adjunct professor at New York University (NYU) in Manhattan. Within Grassi, David leads internal education sessions, webinars and writes articles in the firm’s external newsletter relating to the not-for-profit and health care industries.
 
To give back to the industry in which he serves, David is on the board and serves as Chair of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society – Greater New York City/Long Island Chapter, and serves on several of its committees. Beyond his local work, David is a member of the National Board of Directors of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, is a member of the finance committee and is immediate past chair of National’s audit committee, having a unique and even broader impact on the organization’s well-being. David is a member of the board of directors of NYCON, a membership organization that services over 3,100 NFP members throughout New York State. David is also on the board of BoardStrong, Inc. He is also a member of the AICPA.

Stephanie M. Alberts is a Partner at Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP. She co-chairs the firm's Tax, Trusts & Estates practice group. Ms. Alberts' practice includes the development of an individualized estate plan for each client which adheres to that client's estate planning objectives. She routinely prepares Wills, Trusts and other estate planning documents and has extensive knowledge of estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax as well as income tax issues related to estate planning. 
 
Ms. Alberts also represents clients in all stages of the estate administration process, from the probate process through final distribution of assets. She works closely with fiduciaries to ensure the orderly collection of assets, evaluation of tax issues and distributions to beneficiaries. Ms. Alberts frequently prepares both estate and gift tax returns and works closely with accountants in connection with the preparation of fiduciary income tax returns for Estates and Trusts. 
 
In the litigation context, Ms. Alberts represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in Surrogate's Court matters including, but not limited to, probate contests, judicial accountings, discovery proceedings and various miscellaneous proceedings. In addition, she is often appointed to serve as Guardian ad Litem in Surrogate's Court matters for individuals that are unable to protect their interests. 
 
Further, Ms. Alberts represents clients in guardianship matters, both in Surrogate's Court and in Article 81 guardianship matters in the Supreme Court. In this context, she represents clients in connection with guardianship hearings and also works closely with guardians once appointed in fulfilling their fiduciary obligations. This includes, but is not limited to, preparing annual guardian accountings and preparing motions to address issues that arise during the guardianship term. 
 
Ms. Alberts frequently writes on topics related to estate matters. Articles which she co-authored, "Substituted Judgment: Looking Out for an Elderly Person Who Becomes Incapacitated" and "Draft Once, Proofread Twice: Take Extreme Care in Formulating Personal Property Bequests," were published in the New York Law Journal.
Ms. Alberts has been selected to the New York Metro Super Lawyers Rising Stars list annually since 2013. In 2016, she received Long Island Business News' "Leadership in Law" Associate Award and was honored by Hofstra University with the "Outstanding Women in the Law" Award.

Rod Ganis has an extensive 40+ year business career serving in leadership positions in various manufacturing, retailing and consulting companies.
 
Since 2011 Rod is a Principal Consultant at Expense Reduction Analysts, working on Business Development.  In this capacity, Rod works with all types of Companies and Organizations to maximize savings on overhead expenses working with ERA’s experienced category specialists to bring his clients options for savings.
 
He currently serves on the Board of Directors of New Ground, Inc., a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to break the cycle of homelessness for families and veterans in our communities. He is also a Board member of the IMA. 
 
Rod earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Ithaca College.
