David Pennetta

David Pennetta is responsible for overall team business operations, including the implementation of the company's key business initiatives, leadership and contributes in strategic direction of the Long Island office, client relationship management, business development, recruitment and development of brokers and staff, and ensuring delivery of the full array of C&W's creative and innovative services to its clients. He serves in a brokerage capacity with an emphasis on Corporate Representation with sub-specialties in Land Sales, Government Affairs, Economic Development, and Tax and Incentive procurement.

Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Pennetta was a former Principal with a top regional boutique firm, where he spent 26 years of his career. His activities include brokerage in both sales and leasing of office, industrial, and medical properties. He possesses extensive expertise in tenant representation, with additional expertise in investment property sales, property management, development, and landlord representation.

Formerly a Microelectronics Engineer, Mr. Pennetta is well versed and proficient in the latest technologies and is personally proficient in Argus, Pro Calc, MS Office, MS Project, Peracon, and RCM, and he continues to be extremely computer- and technology- literate.

Mr. Pennetta graduated with honors from NYU and received a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Real Estate. He is a member in good standing of Alpha Sigma Lambda honors society.

Tom Attivissimo has been a Commercial Real Estate Professional for over 30 years and manages a team of seasoned professionals. Tom has expertise in all aspects of the Commercial Realty Value chain including an engineering/finance background and holds the coveted CCIM designation, validating his position as a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. He carefully matches the needs of clients with ideal locations. Though Tom utilizes publicly available data metrics to advise clients, he and his team have cultivated a proprietary database of market reports, statistical analyses and other metrics which have helped in making crucial decisions. Marvin Rosen has been affiliated with Rampart Insurance Services for Ten years. Prior to that Marvin was affiliated with Crump Insurance Services.

The Rampart Insurance Services has been in business since 1965 and is one of the leading independent insurance brokers in the New York metropolitan area. Rampart has business units that specialize in property and casualty coverage, employee benefits, and life insurance, disability, and Long Term Care.

Marvin holds insurance licenses in multiple states for property and casualty insurance and life, accident and health insurance. He also has a Series 63 license, and is a Registered Investment Advisor for his work in business succession and estate planning. Prior to his involvement in the insurance "arena" Marvin was senior VP of Sales and Marketing for Russ Togs Inc a NY stock exchange company specializing in ladies apparel.

Marvin received a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University.

His chartable work includes being on the Board of The Real Estate Institute at Stony Brook University , and the Board of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA®) - Long Island Chapter.

He is also a member of NAIFA the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, who meet on a regular basis with legislators on the state and federal levels to discuss current legislation and it's affect on local business as it relates to insurance and financial issues.

His true role is to be a proactive advisor and consultant to the Rampart clients as they navigate the issues related to the risk management in their business and personal lives.
