Anthony joined TD Bank in March 2002. In April 2017, he became Market President of the Suburban New York Commercial Market. In this role, he manages of five regional commercial lending teams and five small business lending teams throughout Long Island, Westchester, Lower Hudson Valley, and Fairfield, CT. Additionally, he works in coordination with the management of TD's current 103 retail locations throughout the Suburban New York market. 
Prior to joining TD, Anthony was a Vice President and Loan Officer at EAB for 5 years after spending 12 years at Chase as both a Branch Manager and Commercial Loan Officer. He is a past President of the Board of Directors for the Child Care Council of Nassau and currently serves as the Treasurer for the Long Island Housing Partnership, the Finance Chair of the Ronald McDonald House of Long Island, and as a Board Member of the Viscardi Center. Lastly, he is a graduate of the Energeia Partnership Class of 2017.
Anthony is a graduate of Adelphi University, from which he received his BBA in 1985 and his MBA in 1989. He currently resides in Stony Brook, New York with his wife Cathleen. They have three grown children, Jesse, Jeana, and James, and two grandchildren, Jack and Lyla

Jason Lipiec
Executive Vice President and Long Island Regional President
M&T Bank
M&T Bank (NYSE:MTB) is a $200+ billion regional commercial bank based in Buffalo, NY. Jason’s current responsibilities include managing and growing a commercial banking business, with specialties in the following sectors: Hospitality, Middle Market, Not-for-Profit, Commercial Real Estate and Healthcare. He is also represents the Bank as the Senior leader for Long Island. 
Prior to his current role, Jason was a Sr. Group Manager responsible for the Middle Market business in NYC. Prior to M&T, Jason spent six years at Long Island Savings Bank in residential mortgage loss mitigation and Commercial Mortgage portfolio management. He started his banking career at Manufacturers Hanover Trust in Credit Card collections.
Jason has been involved in several charities and currently participates in Habitat for Humanity and was the Treasurer of the Deer Park Soccer Club. Jason has 30+ years in the banking industry with experience in loss mitigation, credit and lending.
Jason earned his BA from New York Institute of Technology an MBA in Finance from Hofstra University. Jason resides in Deer Park, NY with his wife and three daughters.

Jay Yarnell
SVP and Regional Market Head for Commercial Banking, Metro NY City 
City National Bank

Jay joined City National Bank, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Canada, in 2016 as the Commercial Banking Manager in New York City. In 2019, helped launch the Commercial Bank’s Regional Hub in Melville, which serves the complex banking and commercial finance needs of larger commercial and mid-corporate-sized companies across Long Island. The group also leverages the capabilities of both City National and RBC Capital Markets. 
Jay has over 30 years of financial services experience. Prior to joining City National, he worked in a variety of roles at HSBC Bank North America, most recently as the Commercial Banking Metro New York East Regional Managing Director responsible for HSBC’s commercial bank franchise in New York City, Long Island and New Jersey. 
Jay is active in the community. He serves on the board of Steele Hill Youth Organization, and is active in both the LIA, and Manhattan Chamber of Commerce.
Jay earned his bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware.

Rob is active in numerous industry trade organizations, such as the Risk Management Association (RMA), where he is a Board Member, the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), where he is a Past President and the Manufacturing CPA’s Association. In addition, he is a member of the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Rob was named to the Long Island Business News 40 Under 40 Class of 2008, recognizing his accomplishments and contributions to the business community.
