Robert P. Miata has over 40 years of experience in the field of Safety Engineering and Loss Control, administering safety and health training programs and providing consultation services, first as a Manager for Chubb & Son Insurance Company, and subsequently, in 1990, as the president of Consolidated Risk Management Inc.
Robert is a member of various safety societies, councils and groups, including the New York City Healthcare Emergency Management Council, the American Society of Safety Engineers, the American Chemical Society, and the National Fire Protection Association.
Robert's experience and consulting activities include the application of risk analysis programs, employee safety programs with special emphasis on Regulatory Compliance issues (ie: OSHA, EPA, DEC, Joint Commission, etc), and Loss / incident prevention. This incorporates the disciplines of fire and life safety, fire protection hydraulics, ergonomics, body mechanics, industrial hygiene, equipment guarding and employee, safety training, construction safety and loss prevention analysis.
Robert has administered safety programs for a wide variety of clients, including Municipalities, Manufacturing operations, Hospitals and Healthcare facilities, Residential property management companies, construction companies, hotel and hospitality clients, among others.

Marvin Rosen has been affiliated with the Rampart Insurance Services for ten years. Prior to that Marvin was affiliated with Crump Insurance Services
Marvin holds insurance licenses in multiple states for property and casualty insurance and life, accident and health insurance. He also has a Series 63 license, and is a Registered Investment Advisor for his work in business succession and estate planning. Prior to his involvement in the insurance “arena” Marvin was senior VP of Sales and Marketing for Russ Togs Inc a NY stock exchange company specializing in ladies apparel.
He is also a member of NAIFA the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, who meet on a regular basis with legislators on the state and federal levels to discuss current legislation and it’s affect on local business as it relates to insurance and financial issues.
His true role is to be a proactive advisor and consultant to the Rampart clients as they navigate the issues related to the risk management in their business and personal lives.
