Jeffrey M. Yonkers, CPA

Jeffrey M. Yonkers, CPA is the Chief Financial Officer at Andrew and Sons which is a privately owned produce wholesaler. Jeffrey has over 30 years of experience in both public and private accounting across a wide variety of industries. During that time, he has collected extensive experience in working with closely-held, private-equity and publicly-held businesses with matters involving reporting issues, financial disclosures, and financial statement preparation. In addition, he is adept at handling, lender relations, internal reporting, budgeting, cash management, and financial covenants.

Jeffrey was selected in 2017 as The Milton Zipper Financial Executive of the Year by the The Institute of Management Accountants - Long Island Chapter. He's a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), where he was the Co-Chair of the Nassau County Chapter Audit Committee for four years. Jeffrey received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York College at Oswego.


Jim Silvestri

Jim Silvestri is a hands-on, private equity experienced financial and accounting executive with specific expertise in providing strategic vision to high-growth manufacturers, distribution and service companies.  His Lean Manufacturing background makes him adept at significant progress improvement and ERP implementation and integration.  In his current role, while CFO at a private equity restoration company, where he has spent the last year and a half, the company grew from $38 million to $52 million in annual revenue.  Jim worked closely with the private equity sponsor to perform due diligence and integrate four acquisitions, implement significant FP&A improvements, and just completed an accounting software upgrading creating a scalable platform to continue to rapidly grow the top and bottom line.

Jim has close to 30 years of experience with both public and private companies, with the past 20 years spent in the manufacturing and distribution space working for family-owned businesses across multiple industries, with close to 10 years working for suppliers to the commercial and residential construction industry.   Early on, in his role as cost accounting manager, he developed the ability to see the whole business and define and measure the key business drivers, setting him up for success in each of his subsequent roles.

Over the course of his career, he has led due diligence and integration of accounting and finance for multiple acquisitions and sales ranging in size from $4 million to $125 million plus.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Accounting from Pace University and a Master of Business Administration in Banking and Finance from Dowling College. Jim has a wife, Sue, and two daughters, Maya (25) and Isabelle (20).  When he isn’t working, he is probably out somewhere running or home cooking or raising money for LLS.  Jim ran his first of three marathons with Team in Training in 2006, acted as Executive Challenge Chair in 2021 and is Corporate Walk Chair for the 2022 Light The Night campaign.

Dean began his finance career in New Zealand before moving to London and finally New York where he
most recently served as the CFO for Deltek Technologies, the leading global provider of Enterprise software and information services to project-based businesses.  Dean has always focused on fast-growth businesses, many within the software and information services space and those with a global footprint. Prior to Deltek, Dean was the CFO at Renaissance Learning, a global Ed-Tech SaaS and learning analytics company, leading multiple acquisitions and expansion into international markets. Previously, he was CFO for the Cox Automotive Software and Media business, where he helped build the market leading auto software and media business, he served as the Global Head of Operations at NASDAQOMX, CFO for Reuters media, and Head of FP&A at Associated Press Television News.

Throughout his career, Dean has had unwavering focus on creating a performance-based culture, driving double-digit revenue/EBITDA growth, leading operational transformation, and spearheading large-scale acquisitions across multinational SaaS, media, and professional services organizations.

Dean earned his MBA from Imperial College in London and has a bachelor’s degree with Honors in Economics from the University of Otago in his native New Zealand. Dean is also the 2019 Financial Executive of the Year Awardee of the Long Island Chapter of Institute of Management Accountants. Dean, his wife Herbie and two children currently reside in Sands Point, New York where he enjoys being a competitive golfer and is an avid world traveler.

Bob serves the business community through his dedicated involvement with the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), where he is an active member of the Board, and Past President of the Long Island Chapter, and Past President of the IMA Metropolitan New York Regional Council. He also serves on the NYS Society of CPAs Members in Industry Committee for Suffolk County, as well as multiple educational committees of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, Metropolitan New York Chapter. He is also currently serving on the Board of the Healthcare Executives Club.

A passionate supporter of our military, Bob serves on the Board of the Bob Feller Act of Valor Award Foundation, the Corporate Committee of the Navy League of the United States, Long Island Council, and Board of the Towers of Freedom Military Monument, a memorial located in Massapequa dedicated to those lost in the events of 9/11, as well as our fallen members of the military in the subsequent war on terror.

Bob received his Bachelor of Science, with majors in both Finance and Marketing, from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at NYU. Prior to that, he received his A.S. in Business Administration from Nassau Community College, where he was a member of Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society.
