Prior to joining Blackstone in 2020, Kevin worked at Gabelli & Company, where he was responsible for managing the firms Equity Sales & Trading desk. Kevin began his career at Merrill Lynch in 2011 and graduated from Providence College with a BS in Finance.

Dan joined UBS in 2022, from Morgan Stanley. He previously held roles including Managing Director and Senior Private Banker for JP Morgan Asset Management, Managing Director and Head of Banking, Cash Management, Liquidity and Asset Liability Management at Deutsche Bank and Managing Director within Deutsche Bank's Corporate Investment Bank, running Corporate Cash Management and Supply Chain Finance. Dan started his career at Citibank where he spent 12 years, ultimately running a group of bankers focusing upon Fortune 500 companies.

Daniel Scansaroli, Ph.D.

In the UBS Chief Investment Office, Daniel leads research and advises individuals and institutions on asset allocation, goals-based investing, private markets and hedge fund investing strategies, as well as portfolio/risk management. He also leads the Portfolio Advisory Group (PAG), delivering tailored portfolios and investment advice to Ultra High Net Worth individuals, family offices, and institutional clients.
Dr. Scansaroli joined UBS from hedge fund BlueMountain Capital Management where he was Head of Portfolio Construction & Modeling and a Managing Portfolio Strategist. He was previously Head of Quantitative Research & Strategy for the J.P. Morgan Private Bank Chief Investment Office, which he joined from Lehigh University’s $1B+ Endowment. Dan also worked as a lead Process Management Consultant, and as an Analyst at Rothschild’s M&A and Restructuring division.
Dan holds several degrees from Lehigh University, including a doctorate (Ph.D.) in Industrial/Financial Engineering, a M.S. in Applied Mathematics, a M.S. in Management Science, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He is also an Industry Advisory Council member for Lehigh University’s Master in Financial Engineering Program.

Thomas J. Waldron

Thomas J. Waldron is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate/Business Practice Group. Thomas has worked on many corporate M&A deals. On these transactions, Thomas has drafted various documents such as stock purchase agreements, contribution agreements and resolutions, assisted in the due diligence of client/target information provided pursuant to the transactional agreements to ensure the accuracy of representations and warranties and assisted in the process of obtaining Hart-Scott-Rodino anti-trust approval. Thomas assists clients in their day-to-day corporate needs including drafting shareholder agreements, LLC operating agreements, employment agreements, customer agreements and other business documents. Thomas has worked on the corporate side of real estate and loan transactions. In this practice, Thomas has drafted borrower operating agreements, assisted in corporate restructuring of entities and reviewed loan documents.
Thomas received his J.D. from Columbia Law School and his B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy, Politics and Law from Binghamton University.
